Rose Petal Body Oil

Rose is an ancient and treasured remedy to awaken the heart, cool mind and body, and stimulate our inner metabolic fire (our agni) that governs perception and our true connection to life. Rose also works its subtle heart magic by opening the channels that connect our bodies and minds, decreasing inflammation, balancing hormones and pH, and offering antioxidants to your system. Rose cools our fire (pitta) and calms our wind (vata), leaving us clearer, more open, and more open to love!

We always massage from the limbs and feet towards the heart to flush lymph and toxins into our lymph nodes at our pelvis and armpit area. I use oil every day before I shower and let the warm water help the oil penetrate deeper into the tissues. Massage a bit of room temperature or warm oil onto your body, starting with ears and neck, working towards your heart. When massaging arms and legs, use circular motions around joints, and a back-and-forth motion on muscles.
