Wet hair and shampoo bar. Activate the bar under warm water for 5-10 seconds. Pause, breathe and connect. Indulge in this moment of awareness, being in the present moment. Begin at the top of the head. Massage shampoo bar over scalp. Lather and emulsify from roots to ends. Rinse and repeat if necessary. Follow up with conditioner. Rinse bar after use. Store in a dry area.
