Return Window Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery (based on the carrier’s delivery confirmation date). Please email us within the return window and include your order number, name, reason for return, and photos (if applicable). Contact: customercare@tasteofayurveda.co
Eligible Returns To ensure hygiene and product quality, returned items must meet all of the following conditions
Unopened and unused, with seals/film/closures intact
Packaging and contents complete, including boxes, accessories, gifts, and inserts/cards
No scratches, stains, odors, or damage caused by misuse
Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, items that are personal-use or hygiene-related may not be eligible for return once opened or used.
Non-Returnable Situations Returns may not be accepted if
The request is made after the 7-day return window
The item has been opened, used, or the seal is not intact
The return is due to personal preference (e.g., scent) and the item has been opened
The item is damaged or deteriorated due to improper storage or handling
Damaged / Incorrect Item If you receive an item that is incorrect, missing, or visibly damaged during delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel and provide photos. Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund depending on the situation.
Return Shipping Fees
Returns due to personal reasons: return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Incorrect/damaged items: once confirmed, TOA will cover the return shipping and assist with the resolution.
Refunds After we receive and inspect the returned items and confirm they are in acceptable condition, we will process the refund within 7–14 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If a bank transfer is required, we will contact you to confirm your bank details.
