Shipping & Delivery

TOA (Taste of Ayurveda) is currently operated as a studio and does not have a physical storefront. All orders are placed online and shipped to your address. We can provide a receipt upon request—please leave a note at checkout if needed.

We currently ship mainly within Asia.

Taiwan (including offshore islands such as Kinmen and Matsu):

Home delivery (courier)

Other Destinations
Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, and Vietnam.

Before You Order
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we typically ship within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). For pre-order or backordered items, shipping will follow the timeline stated on the product page or as otherwise notified by us. Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and customs processing, and tracking will be provided when available. Please ensure your recipient name, phone number, and shipping address are complete and accurate—if a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, unsuccessful delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the shipment, the customer may be responsible for any re-shipping fees.

Transit times: Please note that we are not responsible for the situation if your parcel gets stuck in customs or transit. Please also keep in mind that during the festive season, deliveries may take longer than usual.

International Taxes & Duties
orders crossing borders may incur local duties and taxes. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount, therefore these are not included in your order and you will need to be paid locally upon receipt. Please contact your local customs office if you need further information before placing your order. If an international shipment is refused due to unpaid local duties, taxes, or fees, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping costs incurred.
