Vata Body Oil is an excellent moisturiser containing powerful anti-aging nutrients like sesamol and Vitamin E. Black sesame oil, considered by Ayurveda to be the most healing of all base oils, is warming, detoxifying, and rich in fatty acids. This 100% handmade, organic, natural skin care oil is infused with essential oils that are antiseptic, anti-bacterial, and anti-inflammatory.
Anti-Aging & Cellular Repair: This oil promotes the repair and regrowth of skin cells, helping to reduce fine lines and resolve dryness.
Neutralises Vata Disorders: It is renowned for its ability to neutralise Vata disorders and clear chronic skin diseases such as psoriasis and eczema.

Traditional Method (Abhyanga): Apply the oil warmed, either in the morning or before sleep, liberally. Use circular motions around the joints and firm sweeping motions along the limbs. Bathing after the ritual is recommended to relax the body and enable deeper penetration of the oils.
Daily Moisturiser: As a daily moisturiser, apply a small amount to warm, wet skin (the water will carry the oil into the skin).
